VECTOR90

AI Workout Plan Generator

Generic programs fail on the details: they don't know your deadline, your equipment, what you enjoy, or what you've injured. VECTOR90 asks, then has Claude write the plan around your answers.

What it asks

The questionnaire is short on purpose — your goal, your timeline, the kind of exercise you'll actually keep doing, how much you weigh and want to weigh, and your training history. Every answer changes the output.

What it generates

Built around your kit

The generator is only shown the movements your equipment can actually perform — 36 exercises if you train at home with nothing at all, 51 with bands, 73 with dumbbells, 101 with a full gym — so answering "bodyweight only" never comes back with a barbell lift. Every movement in that catalogue carries a demonstration photo, the muscles it works and a form cue, which is why the plan is steered toward it instead of inventing names.

How it stays trustworthy

The model returns structured output that's schema-validated before it's saved — a plan that's missing a day, or malformed, is rejected rather than shown. If the AI call fails or is unavailable, you get VECTOR90's standard 90-day plan and targets computed from the same profile, so you're never left without a program. Plans are labelled as AI-generated in the app; nothing is passed off as a human coach's work.

Then it tracks it

The generated plan becomes your daily checklist for 90 days: tick exercises off, log weigh-ins, watch the streak and the calendar fill in. The plan is the start, not the product.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AI workout plan generator free?

Yes. Creating an account and generating your 90-day plan is free — VECTOR90 asks for no card.

Which AI writes the plan?

Claude, via Anthropic's API. It receives your questionnaire answers and returns a structured seven-day plan plus calorie, protein and target-weight figures, which are validated against a schema before being saved.

Is an AI-generated workout plan safe?

The plans stick to conventional, well-established training patterns and a moderate calorie deficit with a floor built in. That said, it is general information, not medical advice — if you have an injury, a health condition, or you are pregnant, talk to a doctor or a qualified coach before starting.

Can I regenerate or change the plan?

Yes. Your answers are saved with the program, so you can redo onboarding to get a fresh plan if your goal, equipment, or timeline changes.
