VECTOR90

Body Transformation Tracker

A plan tells you what to do today. A tracker tells you whether you actually did it — and after three weeks that record, not the plan, is what keeps you going.

Today

Every day opens on a single screen: day N of 90, today's session with each exercise and its sets and reps, and the day's meals with their calorie and protein figures. Tick things off as you go; progress updates live.

The streak

Complete at least half of a day's exercises and the day counts. Consecutive days build a streak — Sundays are rest and weigh-in days and never break it. It's a deliberately forgiving rule: the goal is consistency across 90 days, not a perfect record.

Weigh-ins

Log your weight weekly (Sunday, with a reminder) and see it charted against your starting point and your target. One weigh-in is noise; eight of them is a trend you can act on — which is exactly when a calorie target is worth adjusting.

The calendar

A month view colour-codes each day — complete, partial, missed, upcoming, weigh-in — so the whole program is visible at a glance. Tap any past day to see what the plan was and what you logged. It's the honest version of your 90 days, and it's usually more motivating than the scale.

Frequently asked questions

What should I track during a 90-day transformation?

Three things are enough: whether you did the session, whether you hit your calories and protein, and your weight once a week. Everything else is optional detail.

How often should I weigh myself?

Once a week, same day, same conditions — VECTOR90 uses Sunday and sends a reminder. Daily weighing mostly measures water and food weight, which is discouraging without being informative.

Does missing a day break my streak?

A day counts once you complete half its exercises, and Sundays are skipped entirely. Miss a full training day and the streak restarts, but the calendar keeps the whole picture — one gap in 90 days is not a failed program.

Is VECTOR90 free to use?

Yes — creating an account, generating your plan and tracking all 90 days is free. Signing in is what makes your progress persist across devices.
